Hope and Love

I’m feeling extra exhausted today

Not sure I’ll progress in any way

But although I am slow

Doesn’t mean it won’t go

I’ll give life a try

While some time just goes by

Wow!  Wow!  What do you know

My writing is beginning to flow

I’ll now take a shower and then do some art

There is some power

You just have to start

What about being a woman today?

Does that hold you back in any way?

You’d be surprised at what you can do

You just have to start

And then see it through

You just have to start

And then you’ll be fine

It works that way most of the time

And if it doesn’t go your way

It will go your way another day

Then you’ll be happy and satisfied

Because you know that you have tried

And having tried some good has come

It may take a while

But it’s lots of fun

I live now for hope and love

I give thanks to my Creator

Up above

Although life was a problem for a while

I now have every reason to smile

Now I see, after time has past

That life is so much better at last

You just need some patience and a positive view

And life will be
